OlderDid Taylor Swift Write 'Cardigan' About Harry Styles?
Many fans seem to think that Taylor Swift may have written her new song “Cardigan” about ex Harry Styles!
The 30-year-old musician released the new song and music video just a few days ago and her devoted fans have been trying to comb through every last frame.
Taylor has said that she’s drawn inspiration from many different things for the new album.
“I found myself not only writing my own stories, but also writing about or from the perspective of people I’ve never met, people I’ve known, or those I wish I hadn’t,” she said.
While Harry is known to wear a cardigan often, as seen here in the main photo, they’re also pointing out a lot of similarities between his “Falling” music video and hers.
The likenesses that fans are pointing out revolve around the piano – Taylor clinging to the piano while in the water, some of the closeups of her hands playing the piano, and more.
“Y’all noticed the similarities in MV of Harry Styles’ Falling and Taylor’s Cardigan?” one fan commented on Twitter.
