Bella Hadid heads back home after grabbing dinner with a few friends on Monday night (September 21) at Ainsworth restaurant in New York City.

The 23-year-old model layered up in a plaid blazer over an orange vest and white blouse paired with jeans and white sneakers for her night out with friends.
