Shawn Mendes Might Have Confirmed a Justin Bieber Collab

Did Shawn Mendes just reveal a collaboration with Justin Bieber??

The 22-year-old was asked in a new interview if he turned down a collaboration with the 26-year-old “Holy” singer.

“Is this you trying to get me to confirm that I have a collaboration with Justin Bieber?” Shawn said on the Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp radio show. “If I turned one down, that would be insane, considering he’s been one of my favorite artists since I was like nine years old.”

“I cannot confirm or deny,” he added with a smile. “In the last six months, we’ve definitely become a lot closer… It’s really cool to have him as a mentor in a lot of ways, just to kind of talk through stuff with, because there’s not many people who do this type of stuff.”

“But anyways, back to your question because now I’m sidetracking on purpose,” Shawn continued, smiling again.

Shawn did recently tease a collab on his upcoming album Wonder. Justin is also working on his next album. We wonder who’s album this collab could be on!

Back in August, Shawn and Justin were both seen at the same studio, along with Justin‘s wife Hailey, who Shawn is also friends with.

The guys were also both in attendance at Lucian Grange‘s Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony back in January, with quite a few other artists as well.
