Addison Rae Sends a Message About Anxiety With Her Hoodie

Addison Rae keeps it low-key in an almost all black ensemble while heading to a Pilates class on Wednesday morning (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 20-year-old TikTok star wore a hoodie that read “Your Anxiety Is Lying To You” on the back.

Addison added a pop of color to her look with white and turquoise Nike sneakers.

That same day, Addison took to Twitter to share how important self care is.

“self care is important. spend time loving the skin and body you’re in. but don’t listen to those who criticize you when you’re at a low point. mental health can affect physical health. don’t give those who don’t understand your situation the power to control your emotions. ❤️,” she wrote.
