OlderFans Are Surprised To Learn How Old Jerry Trainor Is After Dating Profile Goes Viral
Jerry Trainor went viral and was trending on Twitter on Tuesday (June 8)!
The iCarly star caught the attention after someone reportedly matched with him on the dating app Bumble and shared his profile on social media.
Many people were immediately surprised to see his age on his profile – 44. He turned that age earlier this year, on January 21st.
“This man. Jerry trainor aka Spencer shay aka crazy Steve is 44 years old. How is that possible,” one Twitter user wrote.
“I was today years old when I found out Jerry Trainor is older than my mom,” another person shared. LOL!
Jerry of course plays Carly’s older brother Spencer on iCarly, and in the upcoming reboot, his character is about the same age as he is IRL.
On the original series, which aired from 2007-2011, Spencer was 26 years old. In the reboot, set 10 years later, Carly is now in her twenties, which puts him in his late 30s or 40s.
