Chelsea Kane steps out in alice + olivia‘s “Artic” dress as she attends Entertainment Weekly’s 5th Annual Comic-Con Celebration sponsored by Batman: Arkham City held at Float inside the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego on Saturday night (July 23).
The 22-year-old actress joined BFF Kristy Frank and boyfriend Stephen Colletti to check out Radical Comics booth at the convention.
