Taylor Swift Wants Kim Kardashian & Kanye West to Leave Her Alone

Taylor Swift Wants Kim Kardashian & Kanye West to Leave Her Alone

Taylor Swift has had enough of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West bringing her up in the media and she has asked them to “leave her alone.”

The 26-year-old singer’s rep has responded to an interview that Kim just gave to GQ, in which she calls out Taylor for allegedly approving Kanye‘s song “Famous” before she bashed it publicly.

“Taylor does not hold anything against Kim Kardashian as she recognizes the pressure Kim must be under and that she is only repeating what she has been told by Kanye West. However, that does not change the fact that much of what Kim is saying is incorrect,” Taylor‘s rep said in a statement to GQ.

“Kanye West and Taylor only spoke once on the phone while she was on vacation with her family in January of 2016 and they have never spoken since. Taylor has never denied that conversation took place,” the rep continued. “It was on that phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do. Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term, ‘that bitch’ in referencing her. A song cannot be approved if it was never heard. Kanye West never played the song for Taylor Swift. Taylor heard it for the first time when everyone else did and was humiliated. Kim Kardashian’s claim that Taylor and her team were aware of being recorded is not true, and Taylor cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone.”

Alessia Cara Opens Up About Her Follow Up To Unexpected Hit 'Here'

Alessia Cara Opens Up About Her Follow Up To Unexpected Hit 'Here'

Alessia Cara gives a thumbs up while leaving BBC Radio in London, England on Tuesday (June 14).

The 19-year-old singer recently chatted with Idolator about how you follow up a sleeper hit like “Here”.

“I think having it be an unexpected hit also helps in the sense that I just kind of went with my gut. We all went with our gut. All you can really do after that is just continue to do that,” Alessia shared. “Just go with your gut, go with what you think makes sense. I felt like ‘Wild Things’ made the most sense sonically, it made the most sense conceptually. I don’t know. You just go with your gut and put out honest music. That’s all you can really do, right?”

She added, “Even if you do have a big marketing plan, at the end of the day, the world decides what they like and what they don’t. You can have the best plan in the world and then it fails because it’s just not honest, or maybe people just don’t enjoy it. You just have to gamble and do what you believe in.”

Tyler Hoechlin Cast as Superman on 'Supergirl'

Tyler Hoechlin has left his werewolf roots behind for some superhero powers.

The 28-year-old actor has been cast as Superman in CW’s Supergirl, opposite Melissa Benoist.

Greg [Berlanti] and I have wanted to work with Tyler for ages, so this worked out perfectly because Tyler is Superman,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg shared. “We are so thrilled and humbled to add another amazing actor to the legacy of this iconic character.”

Tyler‘s Superman aka Clark Kent will make his debut in the first two episodes of the season, visiting his cousin Kara (Benoist).

John Green Says No 'Looking For Alaska' Movie Will Be Made

John Green Says No 'Looking For Alaska' Movie Will Be Made

We may not be getting that Looking For Alaska movie after all…

John Green took to Twitter this morning, addressing the movie based on his best selling book of the same name.

“As this has so many RTs, I guess I should say: No Looking for Alaska movie is forthcoming (to my knowledge anyway),” he wrote. “I have no control over the movie rights to Looking for Alaska. To my knowledge, Paramount (who own the rights) have no plans to make a film.”

This is really a bummer for JJJ, we loved the book and were looking forward to seeing it on the big screen.

TELL JJJ: How do you feel if no “Looking For Alaska” movie gets made?
