Casey Cott Promises 'Riverdale' Season Three Will Be Different & Fun

Casey Cott stepped out for opening night of The Public Theatre’s Othello held at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, New York City on Monday night (June 18).

The Riverdale actor most recently spoke with Access Hollywood about what’s to come on season three of his hit series, and most importantly, with Kevin Keller.

“[Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, showrunner] pitched some character ideas [for Kevin] that I really, really like,” Casey teases about what he’s heard so far. “I hope those come to fruition. But we’ll see.”

He adds, “What I’ve heard, it’s going to be different and fun. I’m excited.”

Casey also opened up about why Riverdale is so addicting: “The show is so unique. I think it’s weird and it doesn’t apologize for what it is.”

Madison Beer Doesn't See Herself as An Influencer

Madison Beer Doesn't See Herself as An Influencer

Madison Beer heads out of Peppermint Nightclub after a night out with friends on Monday (June 18) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old “Home With You” singer opened up recently with Billboard about not wanting to be labeled an “influencer”, because she’s not.

“I feel like the word ‘influencer’ is something that I’ve — I don’t want to say struggled with, but I’ve kind of like expanded on that because I started as a musician,” Madison shares. “My following came because of that, so it’s always been like musician first and I guess social-media influencer second.”

She adds, “But what picks my brain a little bit is that I don’t really use my social media to promote certain things, like to do certain influencer-esque things as you would say. I feel like I’m a singer and that’s what I do, so I’m definitely glad that I’m finally really getting the recognition for that because just because I have followers, it doesn’t mean that I’m just an influencer.”

Part of being an influencer is promoting certain brands, and Madison isn’t truly comfortable with that either.

“I wouldn’t want to sell my fans if it didn’t feel like it was really coming from me,” she says. “I did a Flat [Tummy] Tea, whatever that is, when I was 13, and even then it didn’t feel right. So I’ve just always kind of known that in my heart, and I’ve always wanted to be really authentic with everything I do.”

Raven & Echo's Friendship Is Put to the Test on 'The 100' Tonight

Raven & Echo's Friendship Is Put to the Test on 'The 100' Tonight

Raven looks none too pleased that Diyoza is in her personal space in this new still from The 100.

In “Acceptable Losses”, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Bellamy (Just JaredBob Morley) make a startling discovery about Wonkru’s battle plans; Echo (Tasya Teles) risks her friendship with Raven (Lindsey Morgan) to complete her mission.

Lindsey previewed the tension between Raven and Echo on tonight’s episode.

“Raven’s never really killed anyone face to face…she’s never had that kind of blood on her hands,” Lindsey explained in a new interview.

She adds, “Over the six years in space, that was a big thing that matured with Raven…[her] agenda is to save the most lives, to not have to mass-murder people, whereas Echo, [coming] from a warrior lifestyle, is okay with that. She’ll do what it takes to get her mission done.”

The 100 airs TONIGHT, June 19th @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.

Charles Melton Apologizes For Past Fat-Shaming Tweets

Charles Melton Apologizes For Past Fat-Shaming Tweets

Charles Melton is apologizing after old tweets of him fat-shaming people resurfaced.

Screenshots of his alleged tweets mocking people’s appearances went viral this week, and the Riverdale actor has issued an apology.

“I’m truly sorry for making inconsiderate comments several years ago and apologize to anyone I hurt,” Charles shared with Us Weekly.

He adds, “What I posted and said was immature, offensive and inappropriate. I am ashamed of how I acted and there is no excuse for that behavior. I’m striving to do better and will use this experience to grow, helping others to understand how these types of statements are completely unacceptable.”

One of the tweets read: “I find it hilarious when fat people say they need to start eating right. When they have already mastered the art of chewing and swallowing :D.”

Charles just kicked off filming with Yara Shahidi on The Sun Is Also A Star.
