Connor del Rio, Gaelan Connell, Aimee Carrero, and Jessie Usher hosted the annual block party event where the Jonas Brothers, Kat Graham, Jordin Sparks, Sarah Hyland, Vanessa, and Diego Boneta were recognized for their charitable efforts.
Cartoon Network was also honored for their work with Stop Bullying: Speak Up and Move It Movement.
