Snowboarder Jamie Anderson Stops by 'Ellen' After Sochi Olympics

Gold medalist Jamie Anderson shows off her medal to Ellen DeGeneres during her appearance on her show on Tuesday afternoon (February 18).

The 23-year-old snowboarder, who won in the Women’s Slopestyle competition at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, just returned stateside after her time in Russia and the first thing Ellen wanted to know is if she got numbers from the other Olympians!

“I got some digits..,” Jamie admitted, adding the countries: “Norway, Canada…”

Ellen replied, “That’s great. Cause look at you. You got a gold medal. Your stock just went up. I mean you’re young and attractive and all that but you got a gold medal. You should wear that all the time…”

Meryl Davis & Charlie White Win First Ice Dancing Gold Medal For USA at Sochi Olympics!

Meryl Davis and Charlie White wave to the crowd inside the Iceberg Palace during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics after grabbing gold on Monday night (February 17) in Sochi, Russia.

The ice dancers earned a whopping total of 195.52 to grab the gold medal — the first gold medal in ice dancing that the United States has ever won.

Canada’s Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, the Vancouver Winter Olympics Gold Medalists and Meryl and Charlie‘s training mates (they share a coach!), grabbed silver with Russia’s Elena Ilinykh and Nikita Katsalapov grabbed bronze.

Madison Chock and Evan Bates placed 8th, and the ShibSibs, Alex and Maia, placed 9th.

Meryl Davis & Charlie White Break Another Record for Ice Dance Short Program at Sochi Olympics

Meryl Davis and Charlie White celebrate after taking the top spot during the Figure Skating Ice Dance Short Dance at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics held at Iceberg Skating Palace on Sunday night (February 16) in Sochi, Russia.

The Team USA duo topped their best score of 75.98 (during the team event earlier in the week) with a 78.89.

“We were just in our zone, so we could go out and skate like that. It felt awesome. When we were going out, we said, ‘Let’s do it for each other’,” Charlie shared after their skate.

Team USA’s other teams Madison Chock and Evan Bates and bro/sis duo Maia and Alex Shibutani placed 8th and 9th, respectively.

“Congrats to everyone who skated tonight. This is the Olympics! Really well-skated event. Looking forward to bringing it tomorrow! #Sochi2014,” Alex tweeted.

Canada’s teams Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, Kaitlyn Weaver and Andrew Poje and Alexandra Paul and Mitchell Islam are in the 2nd, 7th, and 18th positions.

All of the teams will skate tomorrow for the free dance. Can’t wait!

Jeremy Abbott Finishes Free Skate in 12th After Fall in Short; Patrick Chan Wins Silver Medal at Sochi Olympics

Jeremy Abbott soaks up the applause from the crowd after the free skate for Men’s Figure Skating at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics held at the at Iceberg Skating Palace on Friday night (February 14) in Sochi, Russia.

The 28-year-old figure skater bounced back after taking a nasty fall in the short program the day before which resulted in a hip injury. Nonetheless, Jeremy wanted to finish.

“I was in a lot of pain so I had to scale back a little bit. But after yesterday, I want to finish the competition strong and just finish,” he shared just before taking the ice. He finished in 12th place.

Team mate Jason Brown, who skated last, took 9th place overall.

Canada’s Patrick Chan took home the silver medal after his free skate set to “Four Seasons”, just between Japan’s Yuzuru Hanyu (gold) and Kazakhstan’s Denis Ten (bronze).

Marissa Castelli & Felicia Zhang: 'Today' Show Stop at Sochi Olympics

Marissa Castelli and Simon Shnapir join their teammates Felicia Zhang and Nate Batholomay for a group shot after their appearance on The Today Show during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics on Thursday morning (February 13) in Sochi, Russia.

The Team USA pairs teams showed off their skills at the competition the day before, were Marissa, 23, and Simon, 26, took 9th place and Felicia, 20, and Nate, 24, placed 12th.

“So happy with our skates this week. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you everyone for the support and encouragement!” Marissa wrote on Twitter after the competition.

Felicia added on Instagram, “Such a great event! So proud of the two US teams tonight!! Could not be happier to be a part of such a great competition event and to call them my team mates!! #teamusa #olympics #lovethem!”

The Team USA ski team members joined fellow teammates and medalists Kaitlyn Farrington and Kelly Clark at the USA House in Olympic Village after the ceremony.

“Big ups to @KaitlynFarr for taking home gold tonight in women’s snowboard pipe! Proud of you!” Gus, 22, congratulated Kaitlyn ahead of the men’s finals.

Joss, also 22, added after taking home the gold medal, “Wow. Still in shock right now. Today has been the craziest day ever! Definitely one I’ll never forget. For you dad!”

Kaitlyn and Kelly are also pictured below on The Today Show with teammate Hannah Teter and Great Britain’s Torah Bright.

Teammates Kaitlyn Farrington and Kelly Clark wave the USA’s flag after the flower ceremony for Snowboard Women’s Halfpipe Finals at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics held at Rosa Khutor Extreme Park on Wednesday night (February 12) in Sochi, Russia.

The 24- and 30-year-old athletes stood proud on the podium after placing first and third along with Great Britain’s Torah Bright, who captured the silver medal.
