Ariana Grande joined Coldplay on stage for a surprise performance during the 2015 Global Citizen Festival held in Central Park on Saturday afternoon (September 26) in New York City.

The 22-year-old songstress was suggested to join the group by lead singer Chris Martin‘s children. Together they performed “Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart” off of Ariana‘s most recent album.

Later, Ariana took to her Twitter to send a message to the band.

“thank you @coldplay ???? it was an honor to say the least #GlobalCitizenFestival,” she tweeted.

Beyonce takes the stage with special guest Ed Sheeran at the 2015 Global Citizen Festival held in Central Park on Saturday afternoon (September 26) in New York City.

The 34-year-old singer brought out Ed to perform a duet of “Drunk In Love.” She later joined Pearl Jam on stage for a cover of “Redemption Song.”

“I feel so honored to be on the stage. So many brilliant, generous people out there. All my Global Citizens,” Bey told the audience.
