The 40-year-old Supernatural actor got the news later that night that he won a 2015 People’s Choice Award for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actor, beating out his co-star Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Vampire Diaries stars Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley.
“Wait, i won a PCA? WTF? Well, i’m back to thinking this vote was rigged. I’m not even an actor (or a sci-fi/fantasy.) PS: Thank you guys,” he wrote on Twitter.
Misha added later on, “Seriously, thank you guys. They give these things to real big shots, like @TheEllenShow & @RobertDowneyJr & @JensenAckles! Kinda cool.”
