Liam Payne gives us a peek off his new lower arm tattoo while stepping out at the U.S. Open on Wednesday (September 2) in New York City.
The 22-year-old singer showed off the new ink on his right arm, which he only got done just a few days ago. He added the skull and roses tattoo to his collection while in the Big Apple and you can see it in detail below!
