It was just announced that Aly and AJ are working with a new music manager and working hard on their much-anticipated album.

The 78violet sisters just signed with Red Light Management!

78violet are currently in the studio with producer David Kahne on their upcoming record.

“We’re thrilled to introduce 78violet under Redlight Management. We’re honored to be represented by such a successful and forward thinking firm aimed towards artistry and longevity,” Aly and AJ shared in a statement.

A video for their upcoming single, “Hothouse” will be released later this summer.

Aly and AJ Michalka give their nails a new look at the Polish Play and emPower Chrome Girl Nail Lacquer Debut in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (April 27).

The sibling musician/actresses caught up with AnnaSophia Robb at the event.

It was recently announced that Aly won’t be joining the Undateable NBC pilot, after all. According to Deadline, her role will now be played by Briga Heelan.

AJ‘s new movie, Grace Unplugged, is hitting theaters in October!

Grace Unplugged follows singer/songwriter Grace Rose Trey (Michalka), who plays guitar and leads worship with her dad Johnny (James Denton). Her dad is a former rock star who has left his secular career behind and is now a worship leader at their small-town Alabama church. Restless for her own shot at pop stardom, she heads to L.A., against the wishes of her family.
