Leah Pipes is getting married, JustJaredJr.com can confirm.
The 25-year-old actress is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, actor AJ Trauth, 27.
“He proposed on Christmas Day,” Leah told Us Weekly. “There was a wrapped ring box under the tree…[and] it was empty.”He’d been holding the ring behind his back and asked me to marry him. It was the best moment of my life!”
As for her princess-cut engagement ring, Leah said, “It’s so understated and elegant. It’s such a wonderful symbol of our love…and it will never go out of style!”
She added, “We’ve known each other since we were teenagers. We both grew up in the entertainment industry. He was actually very close to starring with me in the first movie I did. I’m so glad we spent years getting to know each other before dating. He’s my best friend.”
“I’m hoping to get married in the same church my parents were married,” Leah continued. “Some friends and family are pushing for a destination wedding in Hawaii, which also sounds very fun!”
