Alexandra Chando and Blair Redford catch up with Josh Hutcherson in this exclusive pic from the NYLON Guys + PF Flyers March Issue party held at Palihouse on Wednesday night (February 29) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 25-year-old actress chatted it up with JJJ inside the party about The Lying Game, getting to know her two characters and what Blair is teaching her. Check it:
JJJ: How have you taken the success of The Lying Game?
Alexandra Chando: I’m extremely grateful. With television it’s either a hit or miss. You never know if a show is going to last and be successful. We were fortunate enough to have a full season. Our fans especially have been really loyal and great. We’re looking forward to another season.
JJJ: What’s been the best part of this first season for you?
AC: I think that the whole process was really exciting. We’re shooting in Austin which is a new thing for me, my life completely changed in a matter of weeks. It has been really fantastic getting to know the cast and crew.
JJJ: What’s the biggest similarity and differences between you and your characters?
AC: Well for one, I think that the biggest difference is that Sutton is a crazy b—- (laughs). There are parts of me in both the girls I think, since I kind of created them. I find Emma to be a little bit more relatable for everybody, for me especially and she comes a little bit more naturally as well.
JJJ: What about you is nothing like your character?
AC: I’ve taken up archery! Blair has gotten me into the archery range and I’ve taken it up!
JJJ: What do you like do do on your free time?
AC: I like to do normal things! I like to go to the beach and chill. When I’m on the east coast I like to spend a lot of time with my family, so that’s really nice.

The 25-year-old Lying Game star also picked up a few things at Glitterings, Devora Libin Jewels, and Beauty Mint.

“I love a charm necklace,” Ally said of building a new piece of jewelry from the new line. She chose the “A” initial, June and December birthstones, and “On Angels’ Wings” charms.

Blair Redford has a chat with on-screen brother Tyler Christopher in this new still from The Lying Game.
In the upcoming episode “Not Guilty As Charged,” caught by the FBI, Ethan (Redford) is brought back to Phoenix to face charges for murder. As Emma (Alexandra Chando) continues to search for evidence that can help Ethan’s case, she clashes with Ted and Kristin over her unwavering support of a murder suspect.
Alec’s (Adrian Pasdar) relationship with the victim prevents him from taking the case himself so he assigns a star prosecutor from his firm, prompting Dan to reach out to an ex-girlfriend who is now a successful defense attorney.
Meanwhile, encouraged by their time together in hiding, Sutton (also Chando) has her own plans for Ethan.

In the next episode “No Country For Young Love,” Ethan (Blair Redford) is still a wanted man in hiding with Sutton (Alexandra Chando), leaving Emma (also Chando) to worry if justice � and love � will prevail. Discouraged by Dan’s inability to crack the case, Emma takes it upon herself to find a way to vindicate Ethan. With the help of Mads (Greczyn) and Thayer (Alexander), they search for any lead that may help prove Ethan’s innocence.
Meanwhile, Ethan and Sutton’s time alone in hiding together has lowered Ethan’s guard. Sutton uses the opportunity to encourage Ethan to bond with his estranged father (Gil Birmingham), looking to heal her relationship with him at the same time.
And Alec (Adrian Pasdar) questions Rebecca’s (Charisma Carpenter) motives after she agitates Ted (Andy Buckley) and Kristin (Helen Slater) by offering Laurel (Allie Gonino) the opportunity to produce a music demo.
