Eddie Redmayne looks handsome in his red sweater while posing at the photo call for his highly anticipated movie The Danish Girl on Saturday morning (September 5) in Venice, Italy.
The 33-year-old Oscar-winning actor was joined for the 2015 Venice Film Festival event by his co-stars Alicia Vikander, Amber Heard, and Matthias Schoenaerts, as well as director Tom Hooper.
The film is receiving some excellent reviews at the festival and Alicia‘s awards season chances just shot up.
“The surprise of The Danish Girl is that it’s as much Vikander‘s showcase as it is Redmayne‘s,” Variety said. “Toggling sensuality and sensitivity, with a latent streak of anger throughout, Vikander plays her half beautifully… it’s the stuff that best actress campaigns are built upon.”
