Unfortunately, five competitors have been eliminated following the first dedicated results show of America’s Got Talent Season 13.

The quarter-finals started earlier this week, and twelve performers hit the stage on Tuesday night (August 14), but only seven of them got the opportunity to move on to the semi-finals. The rest were sadly sent home.

There are three weeks of quarter-finals followed by the semi-finals round, which will likely feature the Top 21 contestants from this season.

Seven acts are moving ahead to the semi-finals on America’s Got Talent!

After twelve performers hit the stage during the first of the three quarter-finals shows this season, five acts have sadly been eliminated after the Wednesday night (August 15) results show.

WHO WENT HOME? These five acts were eliminated this week

Seven acts will move forward each week to create the Top 21 for the semi-finals. After that, 10 acts will likely make it to the finals.

Season 12 champion Darci Lynne Farmer also returned to the AGT stage to entertain the crowd with another spectacular show of puppetry.

AGT's Amanda Mena Wows With Bilingual Performance of Pink's 'What About Us' - Watch Now!

Amanda Mena almost floats in a pink cloud on stage during her performance on America’s Got Talent on Tuesday night (August 14) in Los Angeles.

The 15-year-old singer, who actually won La Voz Kids in 2014, delivered a stunning bilingual performance of Pink‘s ‘What About Us’ for the first night of the quarterfinals.

“So happy!!! Thank you everyone for the huge amount of support, I still can’t believe that I performed at the Dolby theatre. Feel so blessed, and to top it off my dad flew in to surprise me! Don’t forget to vote!” Amanda wrote on Instagram afterwards.

Amanda also joined Flau’jae, Courtney Hadwin, Shin Lim, The Pac Dance Team, We Three, and more, on the red carpet after the show.

Courtney Hadwin is one of five contestants who earned a golden buzzer during the America’s Got Talent auditions this season and she proved to the judges that they made the right decision during the season’s first live show!

The 14-year-old singer blew everyone aware on Tuesday (August 14) with her performance of “Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag.” Watch below!

America now has all the power in who stays and goes. Fans can vote until tomorrow morning and seven out of the 12 acts will move on to the semi-finals.
