Amiah Miller is starring in the new movie The Water Man!
The 16-year-old actress plays Jo Riley in the new adventure drama.
Here’s a synopsis: Gunner (Lonnie Chavis) sets out on a quest to save his ill mother (Rosario Dawson) by searching for a mythic figure who possesses the secret to immortality, the Water Man.
After enlisting the help of a mysterious local girl, Jo (Miller), they journey together into the remote Wild Horse forest — but the deeper they venture, the stranger and more dangerous the forest becomes. Their only hope for rescue is Gunner’s father (David Oyelowo), who will stop at nothing to find them and in the process will discover who his son really is.

Lonnie Chavis stars front and center on the new poster and in the trailer for his upcoming movie The Water Man!
The 13-year-old This Is Us actor will be seen in the new film alongside David Oyelowo, Rosario Dawson, Amiah Miller, Alfred Molina and Maria Bello.

Elsie Fisher is among the cast of the upcoming new movie My Best Friend’s Exorcism!
The 18-year-old will star alongside Cathy Ang, Amiah Miller and Rachel Ogechi Kanu in the film adaptation of the book of the same name by Grady Hendrix.
According to THR, “set in 1988, the novel centered on the relationship between Abby and Gretchen, two best friends and sophomores in high school. Their friendship is tested when an evening of skinny-dipping goes wrong, and Gretchen begins to act differently and followed by bizarre occurrences. After some investigating, Abby begins to horrifyingly suspect that her friend may be possessed by a demon force.”
Elsie will play Abby, Amiah will play Gretchen, and Cathy and Rachel will be in their friend group.
Damon Thomas will direct the pic, which began production this week. Amazon’s Prime Video will likely be the home of the horror film.

The young actress, who just turned 13 the other day, participated in the “Word Play” game and when she was asked about Romeo Beckham, she got giddy and called him her “husband.”
So cute!!!
During her interview, Amiah was asked what she would do if she was the last person on the planet. “I would get all the puppies and cats in the world and put them in one house,” she said.
