The Dancing With The Stars duo, who have been best friends for many, many years, are up for Best Bromance at the show against Jonah Hill & Channing Tatum, Key & Peele, Adam Levine & Blake Shelton and Seth Rogen & James Franco.
Unfortunately, Jonah and Channing took home the award.
Derek is also performing during the show, and even ran into his season 13 dancing partner, Amy Purdy.
Hosted by Kelly Osbourne, the 2014 Young Hollywood Awards will air Monday, July 28th @ 8PM ET/PT on the CW.

Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy take a whirl around the dance floor one more time during a visit to Good Morning America in Times Square on Wednesday morning (May 21) in New York City.
The Dancing With The Stars season 18 winners showed off their mirrored ball trophies on the program before chatting with the hosts alongside Amy Purdy and Derek Hough, James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd and Candace Cameron Bure and Mark Ballas.
“The journey from the Olympic games through this season has been so amazing, I just can’t even describe it,” Meryl, 27, shared during the interview.

Meryl Davis and Amy Purdy meet back at the dance studio in Los Angeles for one last practice on Monday night (May 19).
The two Dancing With The Stars finalists met up with Candace Cameron Bure and all their respective partners, Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, and Maksim Chmerkovskiy to pull out one last practice on their team dance from earlier in the season that they’ll be performing later tonight, plus a Fusion Challenge.
“Ha what a day! We jumped into our team loca dance after not practicing it for all of your viewing pleasure tomorrow lol.!” Amy tweeted.
She added, “Wowza, from the live show straight to the dance studio we have just a few hours to learn a new dance. Nuts!”

After being called safe on the program, the 34-year-old athlete immediately thanked her fans on Twitter.
