The 11-year-old, who was runner-up in season 12 of America’s Got Talent, took the stage during the America’s Got Talent: The Champions finals on Monday (February 11).
She stunned with her cover of “Impossible,” becoming the first contestant to receive TWO golden buzzers.
“Oh my gosh, Angelica,” Howie Mandel said. “You’re living up to your name of being an angel. This song lives up to its name, ‘Impossible.’ You’re only 11 years old … you’re wonderful.”

Angelica Hale can’t hide her smile from the cameras while stepping out for NBC’s Mid Season Press Junket held at Four Seasons Hotel on Thursday (January 24) in New York City.
The 11-year-old singer, who just won the Golden Buzzer on America’s Got Talent: The Champions this week, was joined by The Voice‘s Chevel Shepherd.
“When I found out that I was actually the first person to get two Golden Buzzers, I was just shocked! Oh my gosh! It really is so surreal,” Angelica recently shared of her history making moment.

The 11-year-old singer became the first ever act to win two golden buzzers – and she showed off how she commemorated her history making moment – by boxing up that confetti into a keepsake box.
“I can’t believe that I now have TWO #goldenbuzzers,” she wrote on Instagram. “Thank you @howiemandel for believing in me and sending me through to the finale of #AGTChampions!!”
Talking with People later on, Angelica admitted she’s a bit nervous for the finals, where she’ll face off against singers Susan Boyle and Cristina Ramos, as well as comedian Preacher Lawson and Deadly Games.
“I’m a little bit nervous,” she shared. “Both of them are absolutely incredible. Susan Boyle is a legend and Cristina Ramos is so incredible.”
Angelica added, “I look up to both of them. I actually was very excited to compete against them but also little nervous.”
We were so excited when we found out that Angelica Hale would be performing on the special season of America’s Got Talent: The Champions and here performance was totally worth the wait!
The 11-year-old singer came in second place on her season of the show in the summer of 2017.
Angelica performed Rachel Platten‘s “Fight Song” on the third episode of AGT‘s spin-off series and she knocked it out of the park.
Angelica received a golden buzzer from judge Howie Mandel, which means that she is automatically one of the 10 contestants competing in the finals in a few weeks.
This also makes Angelica the first ever recipient of two golden buzzers.
Angelica Hale just shared some incredibly exciting news with fans – she’s working on an album!
During a new interview, the 11-year-old AGT Champions singer opened up about the songs and more on the record.
“I have been working on my debut album and have even written half of the songs on it,” Angelica says. “I can’t wait to share my own music with the world and who knows, maybe I will go on tour in the near future.”
Angelica adds that most of her songs “reflect who I am and what I’ve been through in my life. By having an emotional connection to what I’m singing, it’s easier for the audience to connect emotionally with me.”
Angelica Hale looks super excited to be hosting Angelica’s Holiday Slime Workshop held at Discovery Children’s Museum on Monday (December 23) in Las Vegas.
The 11-year-old singer helped children make holiday slime to help support Sepsis Alliance.
The week before, Angelica released her holiday EP, Christmas Wonder, which features four songs. She covers the classics “Where Are You Christmas”, “All I Want For Christmas Is You”, “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town”, and “O Holy Night”. Listen below!
