Now streaming on Disney+, the latest Marvel series introduces Kamala Khan, a Muslim American teenager growing up in Jersey City.
An avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a Super Hero megafan with an oversized imagination—particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel. Yet Kamala feels like she doesn’t fit in at school and sometimes even at home—that is, until she gets superpowers like the heroes she’s always looked up to. Life gets better with superpowers, right?

Iman Vellani and Rish Shah are hitting the red carpet!
The co-stars stepped out for the premiere of their new Disney+ series Ms. Marvel on Thursday (June 2) at the El Captain Theatre in Los Angeles.
Fellow Ms. Marvel cast members at the premiere included Mohan Kapur, Aramis Knight, and Matt Lintz.
Iman, 19, makes her acting debut as Kamala Khan/Ms Marvel, the first Muslim character to star in her own comic book title, and the MCU’s newest hero, as she tries to balance high school, her family and her new powers.

Sophie Reynolds, Paulina Char, Sofia Carson, Dove Cameron and Karan Brar pose for a group photo while attending the inaugural The Cameron Boyce Foundation’s Cam For a Cause Gala held at Soho Warehouse on Wednesday (May 18) in Los Angeles.
The close friends of the late Cameron Boyce joined his parents Victor and Libby Boyce, as well as his sister Maya, and more of Cameron‘s past co-stars and friends at the event.
The event was held to help raise funds and awareness for the fight against Epilepsy and SUDEP, and was held just a couple of weeks before what would have been Cameron‘s 23rd birthday.

Xochitl Gomez finally has her big moment at the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness premiere held at the Dolby Theatre on Monday night (May 2) in Hollywood.
The young actress stars as America Chavez in the upcoming movie, marking her Marvel debut.
She was joined at the premiere by her co-stars Jett Klyne, Julian Hilliard, Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Sheila Atim, Adam Hugill and Charlie Norton.
Since Xochitl‘s casting in the new Doctor Strange movie was announced in December 2020, she has been seen at several Marvel and Disney movie and TV show premieres. We’re so happy she finally gets to premiere her movie!

Lia McHugh is a lady in red while attending the premiere of her new movie Eternals held at El Capitan Theatre on Monday evening (October 18) in Hollywood.
The 14-year-old actress can be seen as Sprite in the upcoming Marvel movie, which releases in theaters November 5th.
Aramis Knight and Matt Lintz, who will soon be seen in the Disney+ series Ms Marvel, were in attendance as well. They were joined by Matt‘s brother Macsen, who previously appeared on The Walking Dead.
Also stepping out for the premiere were deaf actors Shaylee Mansfield and Nyle DiMarco, footballer Sebastian Lletget, Too Hot To Handle‘s Harry Jowsey, and YouTubers Patrick Starrr, Remi Cruz and the Merrell Twins Vanessa and Veronica.

Sarah Jeffery, Karan Brar and Sophie Reynolds hit the red carpet at the premiere of the new movie Runt held at TCL Chinese 6 Theatres on Wednesday (September 22) in Hollywood.
The actors stepped out to show their support for their late friend Cameron Boyce‘s final film.
“last night Cameron’s final film premiered 🤍 proud of him and grateful to @runtmovie for their generous donation to @thecameronboycefoundation,” Sophie shared on Instagram.
