The long-awaited trailer for the Mean Girls musical movie is finally here, and it is welcoming fans back to high school!
Written by Tina Fey, the musical pulls inspiration from the classic movie that starred Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfried and more young stars back in 2004.
This time around, the movie is also pulling from the Broadway musical inspired by the beloved original screenplay.
It boasts a star-studded cast featuring Angourie Rice as Cady (Lindsay‘s role), Reneé Rapp, Auli’i Cravalho, Jaquel Spivey, Avantika, Bebe Wood, Christopher Briney, Jenna Fischer, Busy Philipps, Ashley Park, Tim Meadows and more.
Here’s a synopsis: From the comedic mind of Tina Fey comes a new twist on the modern classic, MEAN GIRLS. New student Cady Heron (Angourie Rice) is welcomed into the top of the social food chain by the elite group of popular girls called “The Plastics,” ruled by the conniving queen bee Regina George (Reneé Rapp) and her minions Gretchen (Bebe Wood) and Karen (Avantika). However, when Cady makes the major misstep of falling for Regina’s ex-boyfriend Aaron Samuels (Christopher Briney), she finds herself prey in Regina’s crosshairs. As Cady sets to take down the group’s apex predator with the help of her outcast friends Janis (Auli’i Cravalho) and Damian (Jaquel Spivey), she must learn how to stay true to herself while navigating the most cutthroat jungle of all: high school.
The film hits theaters on January 12, 2024.

Ariana Greenblatt is showing off her love!
The 16-year-old actress blows kisses to both Halle Bailey and her Barbie co-star Hari Nef while posing at the Pandora celebration on Wednesday (September 6) in New York City.
Ariana shared the photo of her and The Little Mermaid star on her Instagram story, and wrote, “my favorite princess.”
Also in attendance at the event were Outer Banks‘ Carlacia Grant, Ashley Park, Evan Mock, Barbie Ferreira, Luna Blaise, Gracie Abrams and Lily Brooks O’Briant.
The Pandora event celebrated the expansion of their Lab-Grown Diamonds offering at New York Fashion Week with a new diamond district in Manhattan’s Astor Place.
If you missed it, Ariana and Hari‘s Barbie movie has surpassed a billion dollars at the box office, making it the highest grossing film of the year, dethroning The Super Mario Bros Movie.
This is a huge deal for Ariana, who is now in the casts of two of the all time highest grossing movies ever, after also playing Young Gamora in Avengers: Infinity War.

Sherry Cola and Ashley Park hit the purple carpet at the premiere of their new movie Joy Ride held at Regency Village Theater on Monday (June 26) in Los Angeles.
The Good Trouble and Emily in Paris stars joined their co-stars Stephanie Hsu and Sabrina Wu at the big event. They play the four leading ladies in the upcoming international adventure film.
Also in attendance from the cast were Isla Rose Hall, Annie Mumolo, Alexander Hodge, Baron Davis, Chris Pang, Daniel Dae Kim, David Denman, Debbie Fan, Lori Tan Chinn and Rohain Arora.
Showing their support at the premiere were Sherry‘s Good Trouble co-star Kara Wang, Ally Maki and Travis Atreo, Kung Fu‘s Eddie Liu and Shannon Dang, Hailey’s On It co-stars Auli’i Cravalho and Manny Jacinto, with fiancée Dianne Doan, Jordan Rodrigues, Kieran Tamondong, Timothy Granaderos, Nico Greetham and Devin Way.
Joy Ride is the “hilarious and unapologetically explicit story of identity and self-discovery centers on four unlikely friends who embark on a once-in-a-lifetime international adventure. When Audrey’s (Park) business trip to Asia goes sideways, she enlists the aid of Lolo (Cola), her irreverent, childhood best friend who also happens to be a hot mess; Kat (Hsu), her college friend turned Chinese soap star; and Deadeye (Wu), Lolo’s eccentric cousin. Their no-holds-barred, epic experience becomes a journey of bonding, friendship, belonging, and wild debauchery that reveals the universal truth of what it means to know and love who you are.”

Anna Cathcart, Ross Butler and Sarayu Blue hit the carpet at the 2023 Gold House Gold Gala: Gold Bridge held at The Music Center on Saturday (May 6) in Los Angeles.
The To All The Boys and XO, Kitty stars were among many stars in attendance, celebrating the 2023 A100 list, which honors 100 Asian and Pacific Islanders who have most significantly impacted culture and society in the last year.
This year’s honorees include The Marvels‘ star Iman Vellani, Ashley Park, Sherry Cola, and Rosalie Chiang, who were all in attendance at the event.
Other stars at the event included Olympians Alex and Maia Shibutani, and Chloe Kim, as well as stars from Never Have I Ever, Freeridge and Kung Fu, Patrick Starrr and Eugene Lee Yang and much more.

It was a late night for Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, who kept the party going after the 2023 Met Gala by attending the after party at The Boom at The Standard, High Line.
The married couple was seen hanging out with Florence Pugh and Ashley Park while attending the late night event on Monday (May 1) in New York City.
Florence and Ashley spent the whole day together for the Met Gala.
At 9:14am that morning, Ashley snapped a photo of her and Florence in Central Park. She captioned it, “@florencepugh Perfect, perfect way to start a Met gala day and the month of Mayyyyy.”
Florence debuted her newly shaved head on the red carpet while wearing Valentino and Ashley wowed in a Michael Kors look.

Lily Collins pays tribute to Karl Lagerfeld with his name on her dress while attending the 2023 Met Gala on Monday (May 1) at Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
The Emily In Paris star’s tulle dress was embroidered with the late designer’s name in silver.
Also stepping out for the event was on and off screen best friend Ashley Park, who shared a little moment with Jared Leto on the carpet, after he took his cat head off.
Lily is wearing a custom Vera Wang look with Cartier jewels and Christian Louboutin shoes.
Ashley is wearing a Michael Kors Collection black hand-embroidered sequin tulle gown with an oversized motorcycle vest, which required over 4,500 hours to hand-embroider and features over one million recycled micro-sequins individually stitched in a linear pattern to create a fishnet effect.
