Jenna Ortega Talks About Her Best Friends Before 'Bizaardvark' Appearance Tonight (Exclusive)

Jenna Ortega is taking over Disney Channel tonight — and JJJ has an exclusive look and Q&A with her about her appearance on Bizaardvark

The hour will start off with an all-new Stuck in The Middle, before Jenna jumps over to Bizaardvark, playing Izzy, Paige’s (Olivia Rodrigo) childhood best friend.

At first, Frankie (Madison Hu) is a bit envious of Paige and Izzy’s friendship but once she meets Izzy and they bond over their love of horror movies (which Paige doesn’t really care for), they become best buddies and Paige starts to feel like the third wheel.

Jenna opened up to JJJ about her experience coming onto the set with Olivia and Madison, who are best friends in real life.

“To be honest, I was nervous at first because I didn’t want to feel like I was third wheeling on their friendship,” she shared. “They were really inclusive though!”

She adds, “Madison and Olivia are such sweet, funny girls. It was such an amazing week, filming and getting to know them better.”

Tune into both episodes, starting TONIGHT, March 16th @ 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

DeVore Ledridge Explains What it's Like on 'Bizaardvark' Without Jake Paul

DeVore Ledridge Explains What it's Like on 'Bizaardvark' Without Jake Paul

Jake Paul said goodbye to the Bizaardvark and Disney family earlier this summer after being tugged between his vlogging lifestyle and his acting career.

Now, co-star DeVore Ledridge has opened up about not having Jake on set, and it looks like it’s taken a toll on the cast and they really do miss him there.

“Let’s just say I went in his room, in his old dressing room the other day, and I couldn’t stay in there without crying,” DeVore shared with J-14. “Jake was basically like my big brother and he just kind of gave me advice, like relationship advice and just life advice in general.”

She adds that he was always there for her for anything: “Anytime I was getting bullied or hate, he would always be there and be like ‘Hey, these people…they’re not even saying they know who you are, they’re just saying this because they’re jealous of you.’ He just kind of made, when I was upset, made me feel good. I miss that.”

DeVore did open up about how the cast, crew and set are feeling these days without him too.

“I think we’re just like, we all miss him and it feels very out of place on set is the word I like to use because it does feel out of place every day and we can definitely tell. But, we’re all really proud of him, me especially.”

Alisha Marie Dishes on 'Bizaardvark' Guest Appearance, Says She's Not Replacing Jake Paul (Video)

Did you see Alisha Marie on Bizaardvark yesterday?!

The social star – who recently launched her first app – posted a video on Saturday (August 19) in which she watches the episode air for the first time, and her reaction is priceless.

“Most of you probably know this but not everyone, I never told you guys that I’m on Disney Channel!” she says in her video. “And no, I’m not replacing Jake Paul.”

Alisha went on to share that she told fans she was going to appear on Disney Channel about a year ago, but she wasn’t sure when or if the episode would even air.

“I literally am making a cameo as myself,” she explains. “The funny part is, though, I think a lot of people forget that I’m still acting … Even though it’s me, it’s not me. But it was so much fun, I would love to do more stuff like this.

“Everyone was so sweet,” she reveals, adding, “My childhood self is screaming, like Disney Channel! Lizzie McGuire. Like, ‘Hi, I’m Alisha Marie and you’re watching Disney Channel.’ Just kidding. I wish.”

Alisha also takes fans through her day, which features lots of cameos by cute pups.

Ethan Wacker & 'Bizaardvark' Cast React to Jake Paul's Exit

Jake Paul announced that he’s parting ways with Disney Channel yesterday and his Bizaardvark cast mates are now speaking out.

Both Olivia Rodrigo and DeVore Ledridge took to Twitter to write Jake some sweet notes.

“We’re gonna miss you Jake! All love,” Olivia wrote.

DeVore added, “You will always be my big bro.”

Although his co-stars seem super supportive of the decision, it sounds like Ethan Wacker might be taking it the hardest.

He took to his Instagram to write share a tearful goodbye video to Jake, saying how much he’ll miss him on set.

Jake is no longer on Bizaardvark. He had become one of my best friends and I loved hanging out with him. I just want you all to keep supporting Jake, even though most of you are here from him. Ok, I’m gonna really miss the kid, but I’m still gonna try and hang out with him. I love you bro, and I’ll really miss you,” Ethan wrote, along with the video.
