Cody Simpson and Callan McAuliffe suit up for the 2012 G’Day USA Los Angeles Black Tie Gala on Saturday night (January 14) in Hollywood.
The event honors high-profile individuals for significant contributions to their respective industries, and for excellence in promoting Australia in the United States.
“Great times tonight reuniting with all the Aussies over here doing their thing in the States! I’ll rep my home country forever! Good night x” Cody tweeted.
Callan is also pictured at the Louis Vuitton Maison reception last month in Sydney.

The 16-year-old actor dished to the mag about his favorite moment in his career, the best life lesson he learned and admiring Johnny Depp. Check it:
On his favorite career moment: “My favorite moment in my career so far would definitely be the sword training I’m going through at the moment for Paradise Lost.”
Best life lesson given by a fellow actor: “‘Don’t do drugs’ – as generic as that sounds.”
Performances that have stuck in his mind: “I recall the performance of Thomas the Tank Engine the most of any show from my childhood. It had an enormous impact on my life. Now whenever I see a classic steam-train, I imagine it has an enormous grey face on the front of it. I’m also a huge fan of Johnny Depp, and the different characters he plays. I suppose an ultimate goal of mine would be to have his versatility and range.”

The big winner of the night was Red Dog, which picked up Best Feature Film, Best Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Actor, Best Script and Best Music and Best Box Office Achievement.

Late last month, Callan and Ariel also attended the 2011 TeenNick HALO Awards together, which honored four (4) teens who are making a difference for others.

The 2011 TeenNick HALO Awards will air on Sunday, November 6th @ 8PM ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

According to Variety, the 16-year-old actor has just joined the cast of Paradise Lost, the big-screen adaptation of John Milton‘s 17th-century poem.
Callan will play Uriel, one of the first seven archangels created by God. When Lucifer (Bradley Cooper) rebels against God and Michael (Benjamin Walker) is named commander of Heaven’s army, the dedicated soldier Uriel becomes his second in command.
Diego Boneta may also join the cast as Adam, the first man on Earth!
Madeline Carroll and Callan McAuliffe are anything but basic in black at the 2011 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Paramount Studios on Friday night (September 23) in Los Angeles.
The 15-year-old actress looked sophisticated in a black leather one-shouldered dress and strappy black heels while her Flipped costar, Callan, 16, sharpened up his outfit with a pinstripe jacket.
Madeline was also by friend Sterling Beaumon at the party.
