Congrats to Carlito Olivero!

JustJaredJr.com can exclusively report that the 25-year-old X Factor alum has joined Hulu’s original series, East Los High.

Carlito will star as Eddie, an all-American 17-year-old and doting caretaker to his diabetic mother. This good guy also has swagger, and sparks will fly between him and a couple of our favorite Bomb Squad girls both on and off the dance floor.?

East Los High, which follows a group of Latino teens living in East Los Angeles, will start production this week with the upcoming third season debuting this summer.

A winner was finally revealed during tonight’s finale of The X Factor on Thursday night (December 19) in Los Angeles.

Finalists Alex & Sierra, Carlito Olivero, and Jeff Gutt all performed for the last time the night before, after which their fates were left up to America’s votes.

Meanwhile, One Direction and Lea Michele hit the stage to perform for the crowd. Look out for those performances on JJJ soon!

After months of amazing performances, The X Factor season three finale is finally here!

Tonight one of the three finalists – Alex & Sierra, Carlito Olivero, or Jeff Gutt – will take home a life-changing recording contract.

Over the course of the competition, Carlito gave heart-stomping performances of Justin Bieber‘s hit “Boyfriend” and “I Need to Know” by Marc Anthony, while Alex & Sierra also impressed, especially with their covers of A Great Big World‘s new hit “Say Something” and the Sara Bareilles favorite “Gravity.”

When it came to votes, Carlito was in the bottom three twice, but made it out alive, as Alex & Sierra never faced elimination. Both acts tore up the iTunes charts every week too! We can’t wait to see who wins!

Be sure to look out for special performances tonight by Lea Michele and One Direction, both of which will be on JJJ later, as well as the results!

The 24-year-old Chicago native took on Shontelle‘s “Impossible,” Santana‘s “Maria Maria,” and “Stand by Me” with Prince Royce!

Alex & Sierra captivate the audience as they hit the stage during X Factor on Wednesday night (December 11) in Los Angeles.

The couple brought judges Demi Lovato and Kelly Rowland to tears with their amazing rendition of “Gravity” by Sara Bareilles.

Demi Lovato stays stylish for The X Factor Top 12 Finalist Party held at the SLS Hotel on Monday night (November 4) in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old entertainer was joined at the event by her fellow judges Simon Cowell, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio.

Also in attendance were the Top 12 contestants, including Ellona Santiago, Rion Paige, Khaya Cohen, Carlos Guevara, Carlito Olivero, Tim Olstad, Sweet Suspense, Alex & Sierra, and Restless Road.
