Jenna Ortega grabs a hug from Gina Rodriguez at the red carpet premiere of Miss Bala held at Regal L.A. Live Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (January 30).
If you don’t know, the 16-year-old actress actually plays a younger version of Jane in Jane the Virgin and came out to support her co-star for her new film.
“@hereisgina never fails to amaze me,” Jenna wrote on Instagram afterwards. “So happy I was able to attend the #MissBalaPremiere tonight, watch it when it hits theatres!! you won’t regret it ❤️ #bigjaneliljane #janethevirgin.”
Yael Grobglas, Chachi Gonzales, Lauren Giraldo, Chrissie Fit, and singer Leslie Grace were also seen at the premiere.
Miss Bala hits theaters THIS Friday, February 1st.

The former Teen Beach Movie actor had to miss his own premiere of King Cobra in New York City as Hairspray Live! rehearsals are about to start. He’ll star as Link Larkin in the upcoming NBC special.

Joined by an alliance of unlikely student collaborators, the school guidance counselor becomes a detective, an advocate and ultimately, the reluctant hero.
