Chanel Iman braved the summer heat as she and a friend step out on Monday (June 27) in New York City.
The off-duty model rocked a silk black dress and knee-high gladiator sandals.

Over the weekend, Chanel took to Instagram to share a behind the scenes look while on set of her latest job. In the picture, she switched roles with close pal and celeb hair stylist Cesar Ramirez and helped him out with his hair!
“Hair has to stay laid @cesar4styles I got cha,” Chanel captioned the below picture.

The 25-year-old model stars in the campaign for the brand and helped host the event.

Chanel recently dished out summer makeup tips!
“If I do put on makeup it’s usually during the evening when it’s cooled down a little bit,” Chanel told People. “I clean up my skin a little bit, then I use a waterproof eye liner, I do a little bit of a brow and then I add a glow on my cheeks. I always use the MAC setting spray to give my look a dewy, fresh feel and to help my makeup stay in place.”

Chanel Iman wears a lovely sheer dress while out in New York City earlier this week.
The 25-year-old model recently chatted with People mag about summer fashion and urged fans to have fun in their wardrobe.

“When it’s super hot, I wear a lot of flowy dresses,” she shared. “If I put one of those on, I get more time to do what I want to do outside, like shopping!”
Chanel added, “It’s just the perfect outfit for the weather.”

The 25-year-old model partied it up that evening as she celebrated the digitally enhanced hotel’s big night.
Chanel chatted to fellow party goers about her favorite designers and her plans to check out Beyonce’s Formation World Tour this summer. She was later seen dancing in the front row of Wyclef Jean’s performance and Snapchatting her friends clips of the concert.

Hailee Steinfeld poses alongside Karlie Kloss while at Swarovski‘s #bebrilliant event held at The Weather Room at the Top of the Rock on Tuesday night (May 24) in New York City.
The 19-year-old actress and singer and the 23-year-old model were joined at the event by Chanel Iman.
