Charice feels the rhythm in the brand-new video for “Louder.”
The 19-year-old Filipina singer debuted the video in Japan, where her new album, Infinity, is out!
Charice told Teen.com earlier this year about the tune, “I can totally dedicate that to all the haters out there. You know, like, I don’t need you. I don’t need no shoulder, you know? I’m gonna be a soldier. No one can bring me down. I’m just gonna do this and be brave. That’s why it’s called ‘Louder’ because you being brave is so much louder than you being weak. It’s such an amazing song, such an inspirational song.”
“Mahal ko po kayo, thank you so much for coming here,” Charicetold crowds in Qatar at the solo concert. “First of all, I am very very honored to perform here tonight. Thank you so much for having me here. To all the people behind the show, thank you so much for having me here. It’s such an honor, thank you po, whoever you are, non-Filipinos, Filipinos, kabayan, maraming-maraming salamat po. Thank you so much.”
Charice leans against the stairwell before showcasing a few of her new friends’ talents in her brand-new video for “One Day.”
The 19-year-old singer tells our pals at JSYK about the video, “The music video concept is all about reaching for your dream, no matter the odds. Ignore all the people who say you can’t reach your goal and always go for it!”
Charice added of the three winners who won the ACUVUE ’1-Day’ sweepstakes, “It was so much fun working with the ACUVUE® 1-DAY contest winners! Darien, Rona and Kevin were amazing to work with and because of them, the video turned out great.”
FYI: The song was co-written and co-produced by Nick Jonas!
