Chelsea Hobbs ties it up in a big bow as she arrives at the Beauty and the Beast Sing-A-Long DVD premiere held at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood over the weekend.
The 25-year-old actress is hard at work on the second season of Make It or Break It.
In case you missed it, Beauty and the Beast is back on DVD and Blu-ray and features a brand-new music video from Jordin Sparks.
Josie Loren and Chelsea Hobbs pretty up the red carpet at Glamorama presented by Macy’s Passport held at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday night (September 16).
The Make It or Break It starlets joined others in raising awareness and monies for local HIV/AIDS charities.
Josie, 23, will be participating in Children Mending Hearts‘ third installment of “Please Mr. President” in Las Vegas later this month. This activity-filled event will host more than 1000 at-risk children and teens, who will enjoy an afternoon of arts, crafts, food and fun, and special performances by The Fulcos and Kristy Kay. “Ayla is the most unique out of all of us in the sense of she does very different things. She’s a certified cake baker, she works on productions using the cameras and she also finds time to knit and all these interesting things. We’re out in the field shooting one day, and I’m saying, ‘Oh my God, I’m so freaked out. What if I get bit by a snake?’ And she’s like, ‘Oh, I know how to suck the venom out.’ She’s has all these really unique qualities about her that are so special. She wears vintage clothing and she’s just very eccentric and a really great person with a great heart.
Josie is very family oriented like I am. We both come from big families and we reside right now in Florida, or our families do, although we live in L.A. And she has the big Cuban family, I have the big Italian family,and I seem to find them to be kind of similar in a way. And it’s kind of funny because we can relate on that level. We’re always talking about our silly moms who are so protective and cute. That’s that little bond that we have.
And then there is Chelsea. I’ve been really, really close with her, and close with her family, not just her. I’ve gotten to meet her mom, her sister, her dad, we actually spent Thanksgiving together. She’s almost like a sister to me. All the girls are like sisters, but Chelsea‘s kind of like a big sister to me. I’ve always found it easy to go to her for advice about boys, what to wear, or what not.”

Chelsea Hobbs shows off her pearly whites as she and husband photographer Teren Oddo arrive at Melanie Segal’s Teen Choice Retreat Presented by T.J. Maxx held at the Magic Castle in Hollywood on Thursday afternoon (August 5).
The 26-year-old’s MIOBI costar Cassie Scerbo also stopped by the retreat the day before.
In the next new episode of Make It or Break It, Ellen Beals (Michelle Clunie) tries to make things difficult for Kaylie (Josie Loren), Emily (Hobbs) and Lauren (Scerbo) at the final National Team practice before tryouts for the World Team begin. In addition, the girls’ rebellious reputations work against them.

In the new episode “All or Nothing,” After being allowed back on the U.S. National Team, the girls head to France where everything is left on the mat in order to get one step closer to achieving their dream. With cockiness, jealousy, sabotage and self-doubt at an all-time high, as well as Ellen Beals constantly looming over the girls, the pressure is almost too much to bear.
For Kaylie (Loren) and Lauren (Cassie Scerbo), the bickering continues, while Emily (Hobbs) pines for Damon (Johnny Pacar) and Payson (Ayla Kell) puts her Olympic future on the line.

In the premiere episode “Friends Close, Enemies Closer,” after going rogue in the Season One finale and competing against the Chinese National Team �” defying direct orders from the head of the U.S. Gymnastics National Committee �” The Rock girls are at the top of their game.
But as the National Committee starts to pick which team members get to go to France to compete in the next meet, Kaylie, Emily and Lauren are not as confident as Sasha of their inclusion on the team. And now that Payson is back, she’s determined to get back to her place as the #1 U.S. gymnast and to get to France as well.
