Chloe Kim steps out in style for the WELOVECOCO party held at the Chanel Beauty House on Wednesday night (February 28) in Los Angeles.

Just after winning her gold medal in slopestyle at the Olympics last month, the 18-year-old snowboarder revealed that her next plans were all about getting some sleep and going to prom.

Now, everyone is sending her promposals on social media!

“THESE PROMPOSALS HAVE ME SHOOK TO THE GROUND!!! You guys are too funny/creative,” Chloe wrote on Twitter in response to them all. “Now I gotta make some decisions on my end.”

Chloe was joined at the party by Ava Phillippe, Amanda Steele, as well as actresses Mackenzie Foy, Kiernan Shipka, Chloe Bailey, Halle Bailey, Pacific Rim 2‘s Cailee Spaeny, Lucy Fry, and The Runaways‘ Virginia Gardner.

Chloe Kim is revealing all her go-to things, including her fave musicians, guilty pleasures, and just which celeb she’s crushing on.

The 17-year-old Olympic gold medalist didn’t hesitate at all in a new interview with E! when naming her celeb crush — “KJ Apa, from Riverdale.”

Chloe adds, “There are some cuties on that show, not bad. Really attractive!”

She also opened up about how her dad, Jong-jin, thinks he needs a bodyguard.

“My dad came up to me and was like, ‘Chloe, I need a bodyguard. I’m a celebrity now,’” she shared. “I got so many pictures of him at the bottom of the halfpipe during the Olympics just surrounded by cameras and people trying to talk to him.”

“He just has the biggest smile on his face. I don’t know how he does that! He just has the best attitude about things and is a pretty rad human.”

The 17-year-old snowboarding superstar, who just became the youngest woman to win an Olympic snowboarding medal after winning the gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics, appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night (February 21).

Speaking with ABC News, the 17-year-old snowboarder said she “will try to go to prom, find me a boy.

“I think and it will be nice just chill a little bit. I’m probably going to be hibernating for however many days in my room sleeping. Wake up to eat, go back to sleep. That sounds very nice.”

Chloe also opened up about all the sacrifices her family has made for her career.

“I missed out on a few proms, homecomings, might miss my graduation,” she adds, “I wouldn’t want it any other way…it’s worth it.”

Chloe continues, “I don’t think I made many sacrifices myself but my parents have. If anything, I feel like they’ve given up so much for me and this is [the] least I could do, ‘Look, guys, I made it!’”

In between tweeting about ice cream and her half-eaten breakfast sandwich, the 17-year-old athlete performed her runs, securing a gold medal by the first run alone.

She was ahead by almost eight points — so really, no contest.

“I hate crying but I’ll give myself a pass for this one,” Chloe wrote on Twitter after the competition. “Thank you everyone for the love! Stoked to bring home the gold.”

The next morning, Chloe joked with Today about getting teary-eyed on the podium, but didn’t shed any tears: “I worked so hard on my eyeliner.”

The 17-year-old snowboarder took home the gold in the women’s halfpipe snowboarding event on Tuesday (February 13) in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Chloe was guaranteed to win by her third run but took the opportunity to go all out during her final turn on the halfpipe, earning her a score of 98.25.

Before taking to the slopes for her final run, Chloe took to Twitter to reveal what she was really thinking about, and honestly, we totally relate:

“Wish I finished my breakfast sandwich but my stubborn self decided not to and now I’m getting hangry,” Chloe tweeted.

Chloe Kim is the snowboarder who everyone is talking about — and poised to bring home a medal in the sport from the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

But, just how did the 17-year-old athlete get her start in snowboarding? Well, we have the dad, Jong Jin, to thank for that.

Chloe had a $25 board and by the age of six, was already competing in junior competitions around the states.

“He actually dragged me to the mountain when I was 4 to bribe my mom to come snowboard with him, so it really wasn’t voluntary on my part,” Chloe revealed of her dad’s true intent. “But I’m actually really glad he did that. And I’m really glad he just kept bringing me to the mountain.”

For a while, Chloe actually moved to Switzerland with her aunt when she was just in 3rd grade, and of course snowboarding was involved — and the trip meant taking two trains and a gondola to ride the halfpipe at Avoriaz in France.

But Olympics wasn’t on the family’s mind then. The reason Chloe‘s dad sent her to Switzerland was much, much different than that.

“We didn’t really expect that you can bring her to the Olympics because her (mother’s) family, my family, no one is an athlete out of our family history,” Jong Jin said. “So the reason Chloe went to Switzerland is not because of snowboard. It’s because I want her to learn French.”

But the snowboarding bug had already bit Chloe by then.

“After I was 9 or 10, it was all uphill for me,” she shared. “I loved it more and more every year, and it was just a really exciting process for me.”
