The 21-year-old actress stepped out for the annual event which recognized Vanessa Hudgens, Sarah Hyland, the Jonas Brothers, Kat Graham, Jordin Sparks and Diego Boneta‘s ongoing charitable efforts.

Abigail Breslin is pretty in pink at the Nanette Lepore Spring 2013 fashion show during 2012 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week held at The Stage Lincoln Center on Wednesday afternoon (September 12) in New York City.
“Thank you for having me! Love the collection,” the 16-year-old actress tweeted to the designer after Nanette thanked her for coming to the show.

Christian Serratos steps out at the Christian Siriano Spring 2013 fashion show during 2012 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week held at Eyebeam Studio over the weekend in New York City.
The 21-year-old actress met up with the designer, Anna Chlumsky, Nicole Laliberte and Corri McFadden backstage.
Christian was also spotted at OK! Magazine’s 5th Annual Fashion Week Celebration at Cielo on Monday night (September 10).
“I don’t wanna leave NYC :(” she wrote on Twitter.

Greer Grammer and Alex Frnka hit up the Live IN Pink party on Wednesday night (August 15) held at the Petit Ermitage Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif.
The two MTV stars and pals joined Christian Serratos at the party which celebrates LOFT‘s continued support of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Greer and Alex were spotted posing for silly pics at the photobooth with pink props including pink boas, pink mustaches on a stick and pink sunnies.
FYI: Greer wore LOFT’s paisley print blouse. Alex chose LOFT’s chandelier scrolls print elbow sleeve shift dress with a crystal belt from the Holiday 2013 collection. Christian brought some color to the party with LOFT’s yellow 3/4 sleeve tie-front blouse and fuchsia trousers.

Christian Serratos and Booboo Stewart hit the carpet at the premiere of Step Up Revolution held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Tuesday night (July 17) in Hollywood.
The two Twilight stars were joined by Booboo‘s sister, Fivel.
Step Up Revolution is the story of Emily (Kathryn McCormick) who arrives in Miami with aspirations to become a professional dancer. She sparks with Sean (Ryan Guzman), the leader of a dance crew whose neighborhood is threatened by Emily’s father’s development plans.
The movie, directed by Scott Speer, opens July 27th.
