Tyler Posey and his Teen Wolf co-stars Crystal Reed and Dylan O’Brien snap a pic backstage before lending a hand at MTV’s Restore The Shore telethon held at MTV Times Square Studios last week.
The three actors joined the Jersey Shore and Teen Mom casts to raise monies to help rebuild Seaside Heights, New Jersey – the heart of the Jersey Shore, which was devastated by Hurricane Sandy.
Tyler, Crystal and Dylan also chatted with THR about actor pal Colton Haynes‘ exit from the hit show.
“There was talk about him doing this after the first season so we were kind of used to it, but then it actually happened,” Tyler dished. “It definitely sucks, it’s definitely weird. It’s gonna be weird to film it without him, but we have a good group of people on our show and we’ll survive.”
Dylan shared, “I feel like it won’t even feel like he’s gone — he’ll probably be still hanging out with us on set and still come to our parties when the show’s on. We’re still really good friends with him and we’re still gonna hang out with him … we wish him good luck, and we’re still gonna see him always.”
Crystal added, “I really love him and I wish him the best.”
Colton Haynes heads out of Bagatelle with a guy friend after dinner on Friday night (November 9) in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old actor was spotted at the same hot spot with good friend AJ Michalka just a few weeks ago.

Just this past weekend, Colton joined BFF Holland Roden at the 2012 Breeder’s Cup in Arcadia, Calif.
The twosome seemed to have picked the wrong horse to win it: “Can any of y’all help hollandroden and I find the winning horse? #breederscup losing,” he tweeted.

Earlier in the day, the twosome were spotted at the 2012 Breeder’s Cup event at Santa Anita Park.

The two former Teen Wolf on-screen couple and pals attended the 2012 Breeder’s Cup held at Santa Anita Park on Saturday afternoon (November 3) in Arcadia, Calif.
“Channing Tatum aka @ColtonLHaynes & I r off to the #breederscup for #cmh to bet our butts off!!” Holland jokingly tweeted.
Colton added with a pic of the two eating, “Of course… Needless to say @hollandroden hollandroden and I skip the fancy food at this fancy event.”
Holland is also pictured at the Children Mending Hearts Kids’ Breakfast at the Track Event at Santa Anita Park on Halloween day (October 31).

Colton Haynes and Holland Roden hit up JustJared’s 2012 Halloween Party held at Siren Studios Orange in Hollywood on Saturday night (October 27).
The two former Teen Wolf co-stars hung out with Colton‘s BFF Ally Maki and cousin David Lewis.
“#holton reunited as Gandhi and heisenburg – LOVE @ColtonLHaynes – only time his makeup took longer than mine,” Holland tweeted about the duo’s costumes.
The foursome also went to Glee star Matthew Morrison‘s bash on Sunday night (October 28).
