We didn’t know a lot about Liam Payne‘s upcoming solo music…until now.
British singer Conor Maynard is offering up some new details about Liam’s new music in a new interview (via CapitalFM).
“We have had sessions where we wrote stuff that can go to Liam Payne, for his album, because every now and then we do a session that won’t be for me, it will be for someone else and Liam Payne is someone we have wanted to write for,” Conor shared.
He adds, ““I haven’t actually spoken to him in a while, I don’t know how close he is to finishing his stuff but I don’t think it will be long now. The guys I’m working with have sent off tracks to him that he’s heard, he might not know it was me who wrote it though.”
Conor went on to chat about the style of the songs that Liam might be putting out: “He is taking the R&B route. By what I’ve heard it is very much that style. I heard tracks he has been sent to record for it and they’re good.”
Kira is also featured in the September 2016 issue of NKD mag where she opens up about winning at Kids Choice Award for the show.
“I definitely think winning the Kids Choice Award is something that’ll always stand out in my mind. When I was young, I adored Nickelodeon and I watched the Kids Choice Awards every single year and always loved it,” she shared. “I thought if I could ever even go, it’d be the coolest thing ever. So to be on that stage was surreal.”
Kira added, “I still have no memory of what I said, it was all a blur, until I got home and actually watched what I said. It all happened so fast, it was a very cool experience.”
The 23-year-old singer teamed up with fellow YouTube star Sarah Close to put their own spin on “Too Good” by Drake (featuring Rihanna).
“I tried to move around and look weird as much as possible in this video just to compete with the attention Sarah‘s bright orange jumper is gonna draw,” Conor captioned the video. “I think I still lost. It’s mesmerising. ENJOY!”
