Nick Jonas will join Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley in Lionsgate’s upcoming thriller film Chaos Walking!
They will all play characters living in a post-apocalyptic world, The Hollywood Reporter reports.
Doug Liman will direct the movie, based on the best-selling YA novel by Patrick Ness.
The story is set “on a colony planet where almost all women have been killed by a virus and all living creatures are struck by ‘The Noise,’ a virus which inflicts immersive visions of ones’ every thought. The cacophony drives many mad until a young man (Tom) makes a silent discovery: There is a girl (Daisy) who may be the key to unlocking the New World’s many layered secrets.”
Nick will play Davy Prentiss Jr., “a young soldier in Mayor Prentiss’ army fueled by jealousy over his father’s (Mads Mikkelson) mentorship of long-time rival Todd Hewitt (Tom).”
Demian Bichir and Kurt Sutter also star.
Chaos Walking is set to hit theaters on March 1, 2019!

The 20-year-old actress stepped out at the 2017 EE British Academy Film Awards on Sunday (February 12) at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

During the show, Anya is nominated for the Rising Star Award, while Daisy and Sophie will both be taking the stage to present awards.

The 20-year-old Spider-Man: Homecoming actor is in talks to join post-apocalyptic thriller Chaos Walking, THR reports. Here’s a synopsis (from THR): The story takes place in a “world where all women have been killed by a germ and all living creatures can hear one another’s thoughts in a stream of images, words and sounds called Noise.”
Tom would play a boy who flees his town with his dog and comes upon a female (Ridley).

According to THR, the 24-year-old actress joined the cast of Johnny Depp, Leslie Odom Jr., Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Pena, and Judy Dench are also in the cast.
The story “centers on special detective Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh, also the director), who boards a train from Jerusalem to Europe only to have a murder committed in the car next to his during a snowstorm. Poirot tries to discover the murderer or murderers before there’s another victim.”

Daisy Ridley just landed a role in the new film Peter Rabbit, which will be a hybrid of animation and live-action!
The 24-year-old Star Wars: The Force Awakens actress will be joined in the film by Elizabeth Debicki, James Corden, and Rose Byrne, Variety reports.
The book, “The Tale of Peter Rabbit,” was published in 1902 and written by Beatrix Potter.
James will star as the voice of Peter Rabbit, and Rose will take on the live action role of Bea.
