Zendaya is Rooting for Team Valmani on 'Dancing With the Stars'

Zendaya is Rooting for Team Valmani on 'Dancing With the Stars'

Normani Kordei and her dance partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy are advancing to the finale episode in Dancing With the Stars along with two other couples — and a lot of people (ourselves included) are rooting for them to take the coveted mirror ball trophy!

Actress Zendaya expressed her support of #TeamValmani on Twitter today. It’s no surprise, considering Zendaya made it to the finals with Valentin as her dance partner in the 16th season of the show!

“Everyone make sure you get your call votes in too just in case they try & pull a Zendaya on us,” one user tweeted about tonight’s finale, alluding to Zendaya‘s elimination in which only phone votes were counted.

“I know that’s right,” Z tweeted in response. “#TeamValMani let’s gooooo.”

Zendaya has previously said that she believes Normani and Valentin will win this season — so long as Val doesn’t get hangry.

Watch (and vote #Valmani) at 8/7c. tonight!

Sharna Burgess Says Any Of The Finalist Could Win 'Dancing With The Stars'

Sharna Burgess Says Any Of The Finalist Could Win 'Dancing With The Stars'

Sharna Burgess has been really close to winning Dancing With The Stars for the past five seasons, placing above 5th.

So, when she says anyone of the finalists could win, we really do believe her.

Normani is incredible, she gets out there,” Sharna shared of the only female celeb left. “I think she’s one of the best performers we’ve ever had.”

Rashad is so lovable and everyone has got to know him in a different way and, again, very talented,” she adds about the football player.

Then there’s MLB player David Ross: “David — who is just a fan favorite, who has so many voters, and is really what Dancing With the Stars is all about — [is] a man that has no dance background, that just gets out there and gives it a go.”

Final verdict for Sharna? “For me, it can go either way.”
