Dani Augustt is just a few days away from releasing her new single, “Drip” — and JJJ has the first sneak peek!
“This new single introduces a new sound to my music,” the up and coming musician told JJJ about the song. “I think really sets the tone for my next single and follow up EP coming to you very soon.”
Dani adds that she’s “so excited to share this journey with you guys and I hope you love it as much as I do. Thanks for being along for the ride, it’s gonna be fun.”

- I’m absolutely OBSESSED with In-N-Out! But I?m vegetarian so no burgers for me, just lots of grilled cheeses with animal fries!
- A lot of you may not know, but I used to sing country music! I grew up listening to Shakira & Dolly Parton (interesting combination) & loved the story telling of it. Nothing excited me more.
- English is my second language! I grew up in an 100% Ecuadorean household, with Latin grandparents who not only taught me to speak but how to sing!
- My biggest inspiration is my grandfather, he was a touring artist all of his life. My first keyboard was gifted to me by my maternal grandparents.
- I have three tattoos (and counting) and all are family related.
- I might run an Ariana Grande fan account (totally kidding) but really I love everything she stands for, and those vocals?! YES PLEASE. I’m a huge fan.
- My mom’s my best friend, at the end of the day no matter how many times we fight or how far away she is there’s nothing in this world like calling my mom and having her just listen about everything and anything, from boys, to music, to friend drama. (AND I MISS HER TERRIBLY BECAUSE SHE’S STILL IN MIAMI)
- I have two siblings who are my whole entire WORLD. My little sister is my biggest ally and my little brother is my rock. The most important man in my life.
- My hobbies include dancing pretty badly to J Balvin & pretending I’m Shakira.
