Amy Purdy married her longtime love Daniel Gale in an outdoorsy ceremony on Saturday afternoon (August 29) at a barn in Boise, Idaho, according to People.
The 35-year-old Paralympian athlete and Dancing With the Stars alum has been engaged to Daniel since May, although the couple has been dating for quite some time.
“We felt it was just finally time to come together and make a commitment to each other,” Amy explained.

The couple, who competed on the Amazing Race together, exchanged vows in front of approximately 160 guests at The Barn at Hidden Hills.
“I am not an over-the-top kind of person. I just wanted it to feel outdoorsy and simple. It’s all very bohemian,” Amy said of the wedding.
Amy took to her Instagram the morning of the wedding to share a sneak peak of her dress.
“My dad and I! Something special is about to go down. Can’t wait to see my love @dang_ale !” she captioned the sweet image.

The 35-year-old Paralympian kept it lacy in a cute two piece outfit for the annual show, after attending the 2015 ESPYs just the night before.
Speaking with People, Amy dished about her and Daniel‘s upcoming nuptials and just when they’re taking place.
“We’re getting married at the end of the summer. We’ve been together for close to 13 years � so by the time we both decided we’re on the same page, let’s do this, we thought, ‘Why wait any longer? Let’s do this. We know we want to do this.’” Amy said.

The 34-year-old Dancing With The Stars runner up and Paralympian announced the exciting news on Twitter.
“Just said “yes” to this amazing man! #engaged #love #puertorico,” she wrote with a beachside pic.
She continued on Instagram, “He asked and I said ‘yes!’ The moment was perfect even though the ring is still being made! Until it’s done I have a sweet, from the heart, one that he hand made on the beach today. #engaged #love #flamencobeach.”
Amy added, thanking all her fans, “TY for all the happy wishes! I’m grateful 2 have a loving & supportive man by my side who has been there 4 me through thick and thin! #love.”
