Amandla Stenberg is set to star in the upcoming film adaptation of the Darkest Minds books!
The 17-year-old actress will play Ruby Daly, a teenager with telekinetic powers, according to THR.

Based on the young adult novels by Alexandra Bracken, the story is “set after a pandemic kills most of America’s children and teenagers. When some survivors develop various superpowers, they are deemed too dangerous for society, taken from their families and placed inside internment camps.”
