Let us introduce you to the super talented Desiree Ross!
The 17-year-old actress stars in OWN’s new series Greenleaf, which follows a family and their sprawling Memphis megachurch, dark secrets and lies.
“The mystery, drama, scandal, and lies unfold from there and they keep you on the edge of your seat,” Desiree told JJJ about the show. “I play the role of Sophia. Sophia starts off just wanting to fit in, like most kids would and she is in the midst of finding her way as a person.”
Desiree added, “She also gets into some mischief with her crazy silly cousin, but in the end Sophia is the only one in the show that is pure at heart and has a pure faith.”
