The 19-year-old actor has just booked a role on TNT’s new series, Memphis Beat. Starring Jason Lee, the series follows a Memphis cop who moonlights as an Elvis impersonator and lives with his mother.

Memphis Beat premieres on TNT on Tuesday, June 22nd @ 10PM ET/PT.

Also, if you are in Louisiana, you can meet Devon THIS Sunday at the Down On The Bayou Fair & Music Festival!

Devon will be there from 2-5PM at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center (9030 S Street Landry Road, Gonzales, LA 70737).

Devon recently told JJJ about what his single is really about, saying, “It was written for all the guys out there that feel that pain and definitely from personal experience with multiple girls. It’s happened too much — where I couldn’t be myself, I couldn’t say the right thing to girls that I liked.”

Devon Werkheiser cozies up to gal pal Ashley Argota as he attends the 2nd Annual Instructional Improv Class held at the Bang Comedy Theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (April 6).

Benefiting LA’s Best, Devon joined Ashley, Meaghan Martin and David Henrie at the workshop where students got the opportunity to take part in improvisational skits, games and routines from seasoned actors.

One of the skits involved one person “sculpting” a buddy with emotions. In the video below, you’ll see Devon being transformed into angry and then to shocked. Check it out:

Devon Werkheiser gets silly with the JJJ coasters on the orange carpet at the 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion on Saturday (March 27) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old actor/musician, who was accompanied by girlfriend Molly McCook, was honored over the weekend with the Italian KCA for Fave TV Actor.

Devon dished to us about his upcoming project, Quintuplets. He shared, “We [me and Max Ehrich] play two of the quintuplets and it’s about this family who grew up in the reality television spotlight. The series goes back and forth with flashbacks about the five kids.”

Kay Panabaker keeps close to pal Devon Werkheiser as they attend The Starlight Foundation‘s Great Escape Event held at the Bony Pony Ranch on Wednesday afternoon (August 19) in Malibu, Calif.

The duo plus actor Dominic Scott Kay hung out with Starlight kids at the ranch by having a picnic and visiting the many animals that reside there. This includes horses, alpacas, Texas longhorn steer, desert tortoises, and even tigers!
