We had a blast with Joel Courtney‘s JJJ Takeover this past weekend!

The 19-year-old actor took us along for the ride as he and the rest of The Messengers cast hit up 2015 WonderCon!

Joel took a ton of cool behind-the-scenes photos, along with castmates Shantel VanSanten, Jon Fletcher, J. D. Pardo, Diogo Morgado, Anna Diop, and Craig Frank.

Premiering on Friday, April 17 @ 9PM on The CW, The Messengers follows a mysterious object as it plummets to Earth and explodes in a blinding flash, sending out a shock wave that instantly connects five strangers with extraordinary gifts, from inexplicable strength to the ability to heal others.

Most mysterious of all is a figure known only as The Man, who brings death and suffering wherever he appears. The wheels of Revelation have begun to turn, and these five newly christened Angels of the Apocalypse may be the only hope for preventing the impending Rapture.

Shantel VanSanten looks lovely as she speaks on stage during The Messengers panel at the 2015 Winter Television Critics Association press tour at the Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa on Sunday (January 11) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 29-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Sofia Black-D’Elia, Diogo Morgado, Joel Courtney, and Craig Frank.

Rose McIver shows a peek of skin as she arrives The CW Network’s 2014 Upfront Presentation held at The London Hotel on Thursday morning (May 15) in New York City.

The 25-year-old actress was joined on the carpet by her iZombie co-stars Malcolm Goodwin and Rahul Kohli.

Fun tidbit: Shantel told JJJ she’s still BFF with her One Tree Hill hubby Robert Buckley! Though they aren’t dating, they hang out multiple times a week!
