Lucy Hale Reveals Her Song 'Lie A Little Better' Was About This 'PLL' Co-Star

Back in 2014, Lucy Hale dropped a super catchy song from her debut album called “Lie a Little Better”.

The actress, now 28, admitted then that it was about one of her hunky Pretty Little Liars co-stars, but wouldn’t name who — but now we have an answer!

Earlier this week, Lucy tweeted who the song was about, before deleting it from her account.

It was Drew Van Acker, who played Jason DiLaurentis on the long-running series.

Just after the song debuted, we learned that Aria and Jason had a short-lived relationship on the series as well.

Check out the now-deleted tweet below, and watch the video below!

There’s one character that will not appear in the Pretty Little Liars series finale.

Showrunner Marlene King has confirmed that Jason (Drew Van Acker) won’t be in the episode, so we’ve sadly already seen the last of him.

“We won’t see Jason, because we couldn’t get him for the finale,” Marlene told TVLine.com. “That I can tell you. But other than that, you’ll see a lot.”

She also recently opened up about the big time jump too!

Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesday, June 27 at 8 p.m. on Freeform.
