Ellen Wong bundles up in a photo from her feature inside NKD Magazine‘s February 2014 issue, available on-line now!
The 29-year-old actress is featured alongside up-and-coming country singer, Tiffany Houghton. Check out what the girls had to say about The Carrie Diaries and writing music below:
Ellen on The Carrie Diaries: “I wish more people watched the show because there’s a lot of fun of self-discovery and it’s nice to see characters grow up on a show.”
Ellen on the end of season two: “We still have more to tell and a huge story to finish.”
Tiffany on writing a song: “The thing about my songwriting is that each song has an honest story, [it comes from] my journal. I want my songs to each have a life of their own and I feel like putting them out as a single with a video with a concept and a story is going to let each song have the life that they deserve.”
Tiffany on being a role model to young girls: “I know that I have had role models, like Shania Twain, Katy Perry [and] Taylor Swift. I want to be a role model to people who need one.”
The event celebrated the four-year program which showcases the pioneering design techniques, craftsmanship, and creativity behind some of the most notable brands where the human hand plays an important role in the design process.
Over the weekend, Sami was spotted in Los Angeles for the David Webb 65th Anniversary Luncheon With Glenda Bailey.
The 19-year-old actress was seen throwing a frisbee around during breaks before getting back to work. The three were also joined by Jake Robinson, attending a concert in Prospect Park and also got their first taste of champagne.
