Ariana Greenblatt Recaps Her First Performance on 'DWTS Juniors' (Exclusive)

Every week, Ariana Greenblatt will be writing a blog for JustJaredJr.com and sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes photos from Dancing With the Stars Juniors!

In her own words, Ariana opens up about the first week on the show, her partner Artyon Celestine, mentor Brandon Armstrong and more. Check it out below!

Super excited to be asked by JustJaredJr to give you little personal recaps of Dancing with the Stars Juniors or as I like to write DWTSjr (much shorter, like us!) I’m like an official reporter. How crazy?!

We had two weeks of intense rehearsals before the big 2 hour premiere and I bet you weren’t expecting a double elimination right away. I know I wasn’t! Everyone was so nervous we didn’t know what to expect or how this big audience was going to be but it was incredible because not only was it our first show but everyone had lots of friends and family supporting them. The energy was bonkers! Can you hear how loud the crowd was?!

So buckle up, grab your popcorn, get cozy because DWTSjr is about to knock your socks off every Sunday night at 8pm only on ABC!

***Fun Fact: I told my mentor Brandon before the show the score I wanted and guess what, it’s exactly what I got! Afterwards he ran up to me and said “You were right!” 8*8*8 Pretty good start getting the high score of the night! Woohoo #TeamBrandon

If you missed Ariana and Artyon‘s performance, which earned the highest score of the night, watch it on JJJ now!

Alex Angelo Debuts 'She Got It' Music Video - Watch Now! (Exclusive)

Alex Angelo Debuts 'She Got It' Music Video - Watch Now! (Exclusive)

Alex Angelo just dropped the perfect music video for his new song “She Got It” and we’ve got the exclusive premiere!

The 18-year-old entertainer’s new vid was inspired by 80’s movies and follows a night that doesn’t quite go according to plan.

“I wanted to have some fun things happening in the video, and I am a huge fan of 80’s movies, especially Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. So, we kinda took an idea from that movie and incorporated it into the video,” Alex explained to JJJ.

He added, “We filmed it at a club night in Cincinnati, Ohio that I DJ’ed at all summer long. This was one of the final nights of the summer club night. We knew we would have a built in crowd to make the video look good, and we found a bunch of people online to play bigger roles, and dance.”

Alex added that they filmed the entire video in one night after only a few rehearsals. We’re impressed!

As for Alex‘s favorite scene? It’s one that he’s not in at all!

“I love the shot of the valet guys dancing in the street in front of the car. It was the middle of the night, and no one was out. We thought that the shot would look cool, so we just quickly pulled the car up and did one take real quick to get that shot. We figured that if we got stopped by the police, we would just apologize. It worked out, and that shot looks great,” Alex explained.

Laura Marano Reveals Her Heartbreak Really Shapes Her New Music

Laura Marano Reveals Her Heartbreak Really Shapes Her New Music

Laura Marano has gone moody with her new music.

The 22-year-old entertainer, who just debuted her brand new single “Me”, opened up to JJJ in an interview about her brand new sound and the meaning behind the track.

“It’s funny, it’s such a light, fun song, but honestly, it was kind of personal,” Laura says of the tune. “I wrote a group of songs about this specific person in my life, and this song was about such a specific time in this person’s and my life.”

“It was really fun to write, but I also had to explain this whole personal story to the other writers in the room, so that’s always a party.”

While this song is more upbeat, Laura says there are much more moody ones coming, and a heartbreak is to thank for the new sound.

“It shaped my music so much,” she says of that moment in her life. “My music is the most personal it’s ever been. Half the songs are really moody, and some of the best songs I’ve ever done.”

She continues, “They represent a way more vulnerable, confusing and emotional part of my life. The other half, like Me, are really fun and represent the other part of my life right now: being in love.”
