Olaf’s Frozen Adventure is officially leaving the movie theaters this week — something that we’re sure some people will be very thankful for.
The animated featurette, which serves as a bridge to the next Frozen movie, won’t be shown ahead of Pixar’s Coco starting next week — so where can you watch it?
Most likely, somewhere in ABC’s holiday programming — or maybe on YouTube, as that’s what Disney did for Tangled Ever After a few years back. We’ll have to wait to hear from Disney for the final word.
The short film sees Olaf on a search for holiday traditions for Princess Anna and Queen Elsa.
EW is also reporting that the featurette was always meant to be pulled after a few short weeks from Coco.
“This was always promoted as a limited run so it’s not really a story – the end of our Olaf theatrical play is coming next week,” a Disney rep shared. “All our ads and messaging called it as such.”
