Dylan Minnette sticks close to girlfriend Kerris Dorsey as they arrive for the premiere of Goosebumps held at the Regency Village Theater on Sunday (October 4) in Westwood, Calif.
The cast of the upcoming movie got together for the photo call ahead of a press day this weekend.
Opening on October 16th, Goosebumps centers on new to town teenager Zach Cooper (Minnette), who finds a silver lining when he meets the beautiful girl, Hannah (Rush), living right next door. But every silver lining has a cloud, and Zach’s comes when he learns that Hannah has a mysterious dad who is revealed to be R. L. Stine (Black), the author of the bestselling Goosebumps series.

Odeya Rush, Ryan Lee and Dylan Minnette chill out together on the set of Despierta America held at Univision Studios on Thursday afternoon (October 1) in Miami, Fla.
The three Goosebumps stars joined co-star Jack Black to chat up their new movie, which opens in theaters on Friday, October 16th.
“All the early monsters that are in the books. They all come out, they’re all there,” author R.L. Stine shared about the monsters that have made it into the big screen adaption.
He added, “The real evil one is Slappy the Dummy, he’s there, the Abominable Snowman from Pasadena is there, and lawn gnomes, HUNDREDS of lawn gnomes. They’re great, they’re really good.”
The film centers on a teenager, who teams up with the daughter of young adult horror author R.L. Stine after the writer’s imaginary demons are set free on the town of Greendale, Maryland.
Jack Black stars as author Stine in the flick, hitting theaters on October 16th.
