In the season three premiere episode Jenna’s (Rickards) junior year brings a wave of surprises and changes that potentially will impact her future in an indelible way and in the second episode, the death of classmate will leave Jenna to reflect on loss, grieving, and taking responsibility for a secret she’s keeping from Matty (Beau Mirchoff).

The new season of Awkward premieres Tuesday, April 16th @ 10PM ET/PT on MTV.

“I would like to re-thank @MTV for doing the ‘Legally Blonde: The Musical’ special back in 07. Just rewatched the whole thing. Made my day,” Greer tweeted just the day before. “It also made me realize how much I a) wanna be on broadway, and b) how much I want to be Elle Woods. =P.”

Alex on dating: “Be honest with the person you’re dating…and yourself! Do you really like him, or the idea of him?”

Greer on getting starstruck: “Usually I don’t. However, there are certain cases where I can become very starstruck. If I were to ever get to meet Reese Witherspoon I may have a heart attack.”

Alex on fashion trends: “Focus less on trends and more on what makes you feel confident and look great! I’d rather buy a few more expensive, well-made pieces than a closet full of cheaper threads.”
