Demi Lovato and Henry Levy have split.
The “Sober” crooner and her now ex-boyfriend have broken up four months after they were first seen together, People reports.
A source also told the outlet that he was never her sober companion, as previously reported.
Demi and Henry were first linked in November after they were seen having a dinner date at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles, soon after Demi left a treatment center following her reported overdose.
In December, Demi and Henry showed some PDA at Nobu in Malibu, and they celebrated the New Year together in Aspen. He last posted a pic of the duo on January 14 in France.
Demi has also reportedly recently sought further treatment at a facility outside of Los Angeles.
“She has not relapsed since she overdosed,” a source said. “She did recently go to a facility, but it was her own decision. It was one trip to a treatment facility for a few weeks outside of Los Angeles.”
Demi is now back home in LA and “taking care of herself and is in a positive place. She’s working out and getting back in the studio to make music.”

It was first reported that Henry was simply Demi‘s sober companion, but it appears they have formed a romantic relationship as well. This is not the first time that the couple has been seen kissing and sharing PDA.

Now, the pair are helping each other stay sober and they were even seen attending an AA meeting together over the weekend.

Demi Lovato‘s mystery dinner date has been identified!
The 26-year-old entertainer was spotted out of rehab and dining with a male friend at Matsuhisa restaurant on Saturday night (November 3) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
According to TMZ, inside the restaurant, Demi was holding hands with Enfants Riches Deprimes designer and founder Henry Levy.
In the photos, the duo can be seen holding hands across the table before leaving together in the same car.
It’s unclear if Henry is just a good pal or if their relationship is something more.
A source added that Demi is out of rehab after becoming 90 days sober.
“She just got back to L.A. a couple days ago. She seems to be doing well so far,” a source told People.
