Inanna Sarkis is dishing on her role in After, her name origins, and more!

On playing villain Molly Samuels, Hardin Scott’s (Hero Fiennes-Tiffin) ex in After: “I just loved the role, she was so me in so many ways, even though she was the villain in the movie, but she just had such a power and dominance to her character. There’s no hiding or fakeness to her at all, which is something that I love. I feel like people are always just putting on this facade but with her, what you see is what you get and that is really how I am in life!”
On the pressures of meeting fan expectations: ” “I feel like they [the fans] are so specific with every single detail of the book. I was definitely worried that if I played her wrong, everyone would hate me. Anna [Todd], the writer, did such a good job of giving us so much detail. Any time I had any questions, because there wasn’t really too much backstory to my character.”
On the origins of her name, which she’ll delve into in a graphic novel she is working on: “Basically, my name is after a Sumerian Goddess, so it’s like this whole mythological backstory that I never knew existed and I kinda just turned it into a book! I’m so super excited about that. It’s a badass wonder-woman type of story.”

Inanna is back with a powerful new song that you need to listen to.
The 25-year-old singer and creator opened up about the track on her Instagram with fans this morning.
“I’ve been working on a special project for almost two years now,” she writes. “With everything going wrong in the world I wanted to find away to speak to the masses and unite everyone as one.”
Inanna adds, “Finally, I’ve brought it to reality and I’m super nervous but excited at the same time! The SONG IS OUT NOW!!! JUNE 28th I’ll be releasing the music video! Hope you guys like it.”
Lele Pons and Inanna have already started the latest dance craze that you might’ve not even known about — but you need to learn it now.
The two digital influencers and friends shared two videos back in December with a fun dance set to DJ Kass‘ “Scooby Doo Pa Pa” and it instantly went viral.
The dance is taking over Latin America right now and the videos are boasting over 60 million views combined.
